Incredible business that was super easy to do business with. We recently ordered a new garage door from T.M. Kenney and they were fantastic from the second we reached out. They were prompt with providing us numerous quotes on a variety of door options, and kept us in tight communication regarding delivery and installation windows. They did an awesome job with the install and we couldn't be happier. Going to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new garage door.

Michael came and fixed my garage door. It was not opening and closing correctly. It stopped 1 inch from the ground and would and not go back up. He found the problem, fixed it and also made an adjustment so it would not happen again. He also showed me the manual cord on the side of the battery unit that opens and closes the door when there is a power outage. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. When I initially called about the problem, I spoke to Stevie in the office . She was also very friendly, courteous and scheduled an appointment for me right away. I highly recommend them for any garage door problems you may have.

I had a particularly difficult issue. My garage door opener jammed with the door closed. In addition, I have no access to the garage except through the garage door. Big problem!! One technician had already visited and was unable to help me. T. M. Kenney then sent over a seasoned veteran who was not only able to open the door but who also installed a device that would insure I could never be locked out again. Combined with the excellent customer service I received from the office staff and the very reasonable price, the whole process was truly a positive experience. I strongly recommend their services and would certainly use them again.

We are a commercial facility with large loading dock doors and had worked with another door company for quite some time. Unfortunately, their service was becoming inconsistent, and after receiving what I felt was an extremely high estimate for a repair, I decided it was time to get another opinion. That’s when I came across T.M. Kenney Door Systems, and I’m very glad I did. From my first call, Stevie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely professional, responsive, and was able to get a diagnostic visit scheduled quickly. Lead technician Alladin came out with Isnel to inspect the door, and I was extremely impressed from the start. Alladin was knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the door, explain exactly what he found, and identified additional issues that the previous company had completely missed. Isnel was also professional and did a great job working alongside him. What really stood out was that even after finding those additional issues, T.M. Kenney was still able to save us money compared to the quote we had previously received. Once I approved the estimate, the turnaround time was fast. Alladin and Isnel came back to complete the repairs and did an excellent job. It’s refreshing to find a company that is professional and reliable from the first phone call all the way through completion of the work. Stevie made the scheduling and communication easy, and Alladin really stood out with his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend T.M. Kenney Door Systems to anyone looking for commercial or residential door service. These guys know what they’re doing, communicate well, and provide excellent service from beginning to end. We will absolutely be using them again.
