We are a commercial facility with large loading dock doors and had worked with another door company for quite some time. Unfortunately, their service was becoming inconsistent, and after receiving what I felt was an extremely high estimate for a repair, I decided it was time to get another opinion.
That’s when I came across T.M. Kenney Door Systems, and I’m very glad I did.
From my first call, Stevie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely professional, responsive, and was able to get a diagnostic visit scheduled quickly.
Lead technician Alladin came out with Isnel to inspect the door, and I was extremely impressed from the start. Alladin was knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the door, explain exactly what he found, and identified additional issues that the previous company had completely missed. Isnel was also professional and did a great job working alongside him.
What really stood out was that even after finding those additional issues, T.M. Kenney was still able to save us money compared to the quote we had previously received.
Once I approved the estimate, the turnaround time was fast. Alladin and Isnel came back to complete the repairs and did an excellent job.
It’s refreshing to find a company that is professional and reliable from the first phone call all the way through completion of the work. Stevie made the scheduling and communication easy, and Alladin really stood out with his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend T.M. Kenney Door Systems to anyone looking for commercial or residential door service. These guys know what they’re doing, communicate well, and provide excellent service from beginning to end. We will absolutely be using them again.
