Reporting to the President, you will work closely with Door Systems’ owners, Upper Management, and our Divisional Managers to advise, counsel, and provide direction on all business-related matters. You will be instrumental driving growth, improved profitability and ensuring our Divisions are unified by maintaining our operating procedures. You will be a key member of Door Systems’ Corporate Team.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will:
- Oversee 6‑8 Retail Divisions working directly with the Division Managers.
- Create, implement, and evaluate the Divisions’ Business Plans.
- Assist the Division Manager in hiring new employees, training, mentoring, supervising, and disciplining staff to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations.
- Monitor the financial transactions executed and the office activity performed at the branch office as well as their Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee office and vehicle equipment maintenance, monitoring, calibration, and repair, as well as replacement of missing supplies, when necessary.
- Monitor established KPIs.
- Monitor Adherence to DSI’s Safety Standards.
- Build and maintain strategic ties with the community, as well as network with existing and potential customers to establish long-term, trustworthy relationships.
