Service Surveys and Service Contracts

We provide equipment surveys free of charge. One of our engineers or sales consultants will perform a detailed analysis of your equipment and make recommendations for repairs and/or replacement. To minimize "Down Time" and the need for emergency reactive repairs, we suggest our preventive maintenance service program. Like routine oil changes for your vehicles, periodic service to your overhead doors and dock equipment will enhance performance, maximize longevity and will save money in the long run!

OUR Maintenance and Service Agreements for overhead doors save you money!

All maintenance is done at a lower rate, repair parts used are discounted 25%, and preventative maintenance should also lessen down time and the need for many expensive repairs.

We will maintain an extensive record of your doors, and we are most likely to have the needed parts with us to avoid return calls and longer down time. You have nothing to lose -- simply cancel the contract anytime, (by sending a cancellation notice in writing). Remember, unlike some companies who only expect to sell you new doors, we recognize the need for service.
