Sales process was straightforward and pricing competitive. Communication on door availability and install was excellent. The installation was efficient and neat - however we did encounter a few issues. 3 door panels had minor defects - installer documented the defects and guaranteed a follow-up.
After 3 days (Saturday morning) we got an error message on one of the doors (excessive force) and now it won’t work. Website hours say open Sat 9-1, wasn’t the case when I called Sat morning.
