This other contractor can be a little tough to communicate with but Tom made it all happen. The take-down and installation happened on consecutive days to allow the other contractor to do his work. When Tom's guys came back, I got a text from my wife saying how nice they were - she's not easily impressed - so I appreciated that, too. The finished product looks and works beautifully
